Step 2: Pass Your State Real Estate License Exam

Step 3: Choose a Real Estate Broker

Step 4: Finish license application with your chosen broker

After choosing your broker, you have to finish your License application for the state. The application cost is fifty-five dollars, and this keeps your license valid for two years.
